Every building on your campus deserves great food

We manage complex multi-stop food truck programs across large campus footprints — coordinating cuisine diversity, rotation patterns, and logistics so every building has convenient access to quality food.

The challenge of feeding a large campus

When your campus spans dozens of buildings across a large footprint, a single food truck at the front gate doesn't cut it. Employees in remote buildings won't walk 15 minutes for lunch — especially when they're on tight schedules. And if you only offer food at one location, you create overcrowding at that spot while the rest of campus goes underserved.

Multi-stop food truck programs solve this by distributing food service across your entire campus. But operating multiple stops simultaneously is exponentially more complex than running a single one. That's where our expertise comes in.

How we manage multi-stop complexity

At any given campus, we might operate 10 or more active truck stops across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend meal periods. Coordinating all of these simultaneously requires managing several layers of complexity:

  • Proximity rules — stops that are close together get complementary, not competing, cuisines. If one building has a taco truck, the adjacent building gets something different
  • Cuisine balancing — across the full week, every stop gets a healthy variety of cuisine types. No building gets Mexican food three days in a row
  • Rotation patterns — vendors rotate through different stops on a regular pattern, so employees at every building get exposure to the full range of trucks in our network
  • Truck sizing constraints — some stops can accommodate large rigs, others need smaller trucks. Some stops can't fit trailers at all
  • Standing bookings — certain premium vendors have fixed weekly slots at specific stops, and the rest of the schedule must work around them
  • Backup plans — every stop has a contingency vendor in case of cancellations, so no building ever goes without food service

Scale that drives quality

Our current programs deliver over 200 meal periods per week across multiple facilities. This scale gives us negotiating power that smaller operators can't match — we can offer vendors consistent, high-volume locations with guaranteed revenue, which means we attract and retain the best trucks in the market.

For vendors, working with Book That Truck means predictable income and premium locations. For your employees, it means consistently great food from operators who are motivated to perform well because they want to keep their spots in our rotation.

Technology that ties it together

Each stop on your campus gets its own custom-branded landing page where employees can see upcoming truck schedules, browse menus, pre-order meals, and subscribe to notifications. This means employees always know what's coming to their building — and can plan their meals in advance rather than hoping for a good option when lunch rolls around.

On the operations side, we track meal scans, participation rates, and vendor performance across every stop. This data feeds into our quarterly reporting and drives continuous optimization of your program.

From 2 stops to 20+

Whether you're starting with a pilot at two buildings or launching a campus-wide program across 20+ locations, our infrastructure supports it. We can scale your program up (or adjust it) as your campus grows, adds buildings, or shifts its workforce distribution.
